Thomas McMahon's eyes and hands are well trained for his avocation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in printmaking, a Master of Arts degree in drawing and Master of Fine Arts degree in painting all from Northern Illinois University. Although he now devotes his time to carving horses, he is also a very talented painter and printmaker.
